Development
At H2air, we identify suitable land in connection with the territories and design the project to maximize their energy yield while optimising their integration in their environment.
We methodically assess emerging and mature markets, identifying favourable regulatory frameworks, renewable resource deposits (solar & wind) and investment opportunities. We work closely with local partners to oversee every stage of the development process, from acquiring land to obtaining all necessary permits and authorisations.
Biodiversity & Regulation
Ensuring regulatory compliance is essential for the successful implementation and sustainability of renewable energy projects. This involves obtaining all the authorisations and permits from the relevant authorities in accordance with each country's regulations.
At H2air, we carry out thorough environmental impact studies to evaluate and reduce any potential impact on biodiversity and landscapes. We are committed to ensuring strict compliance with current environmental standards. We apply the ERC (Avoid, Reduce, Compensate) method. This method involves avoiding the negative impacts of the project by modifying it.
Financing & assets valuation
At H2air, we are committed to deploying rigorous financial models that incorporate estimates of development, operating and maintenance costs. The fair and equitable valuation of assets is based on an accurate assessment of their lifespan and energy performance. Our mission is twofold: to optimise return on investment and ensure the financial viability of the project.
H2air offers also Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). These electricity contracts provide financial stability, predictable income over extended periods and security against market price volatility.
Turnkey Construction
H2air PX, subsidiary of the H2air Group, offers a complete range of expertise for the development of turnkey projects using an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) approach with guaranteed costs. We take charge of the design, engineering and construction of the entire infrastructure, including roads, platforms, electrical networks, foundations, wind turbines and HV substations.
As project management consultants, we supply the execution plans, draw up the specifications and advise on the selection of subcontractors. We guarantee rigorous on-site supervision and efficient management of contractors (surveyors, archaeologists, geotechnicians, etc.) to optimise costs and meet schedules.
Connexion
The successful integration of solar and wind farms into the national electricity grid is crucial for the energy transition.
H2air builds HV/LV transformer stations that enable renewable energy production facilities to be connected to the public electricity distribution network. Close collaboration with network operators and regulatory authorities is essential to optimise the timing and costs of these strategic infrastructures.
H2air also offers to mutualise its private substations with other renewable energy projects.
Asset management & operation
At H2air GT, subsidiary of the H2air Group, we are specialised in the operational management of wind and photovoltaic parks. We cultivate a long-term view, maximising the performance of our clients' installations by means of:
